Lentil Kebab
Heating guide: Remove all packaging from the patty. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C. Now place the patty on a baking, oil greased tray on the top shelf of your pre-heated oven, and leave to stand for 11 to 12 minutes. Remove the patty from the oven, heat a non-stick frying pan with oil, and shallow-fry both sides for crispiness and at/above a temperature of 75°C, and, is only a guideline as oven may vary.
